What to Expect

We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily. For Yoga and Tai Chi, athletic wear is best. For Meditation, Sound Baths, and Reiki, coziness is key!

While you are always welcome to bring your own mat, we provide complimentary premium mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets for all of our guests to use during their sessions.
